Group Exercise Classes

We offer great classes for beginners and intermediate students. Our Instructors take time before, during and after classes to make sure you are achieving your optimal workout.

  • Butts and Guts-Looking to fight those typical trouble zones around the mid-section and hips? This class will have you “feeling the burn” in all the right spots- abdominals, obliques, lower back, hips and glutes. Your instructor will guide you through numerous exercises utilizing body weight and a variety of provided resistance equipment while monitoring your "form" with special attention on your safety. Get ready for those skinny jeans!

  • Power sculpt-Want to tone every inch of your body and create a Leaner- Stronger you? Come work it out with easy-to-use exercises, provided strength-training equipment and your own body weight to the energetic beat of the music as you burn mega-calories! Your instructor will lead you through this varying, total body workout while providing necessary modifications and challenges to tailor the workout for you as an individual.

  • Zumba-is a Latin dance exercise format that is more about fun than working out. Take Salsa, Cumbia, Samba, Meringue, add hints of Flamenco, Calypso, Hip-Hop and Belly Dancing, put in a workout routine with loads of funky American twists that will make you smile. This is why we say "Ditch the workout and join the party!" Great cardio-starter program.

  • Yoga Pilates w/props-A fresh spin on Yoga and Pilates matwork, using props such as straps, bands, balls, rollers, weights to name a few. Each class is diverse, introducing new props and choreography for a fun, exciting and effective workout. A class dedicated to increasing strength through your core muscles in your abdominal wall and back. Great for all fitness levels.

  • Power Yoga Flow-Learn and perfect poses to build flexibility, strength, balance, breath awareness and focus. Strengthen the mind/body connection by linking breath with a series of dynamic postures that will improve your flexibility and strength. This style incorporates flowing movements, salutations, strengthening poses, balancing poses, deep stretching poses and a final relaxation.

  • Yoga Stretch- A total body workout including all your favorite poses, bringing together an awareness to your breathing, increasing flexibility, relieving stress and improving mental and physical balance. Excellent for all levels.

Specialty Exercise Classes

Moderately challenging classes designed to take your body to a new level of fitness. It is recommend that you attend our basic classes or have worked out regularly for at least 30 days.

  • Heated Hatha Yoga- is a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. You normally wouldn't work up a sweat in a hatha yoga class, but this class is heated to 90 degrees to allow for deeper and more relaxing stretches. When you leave class, you will feel longer, looser and more relaxed.

  • Heated Vinyasa-Vinyasa (pronounced "vin-yah-sah") is the Sanskrit word for "flow", and Vinyasa classes are known for their fluid, movement-intensive practices. Vinyasa teachers choreograph their classes to smoothly transition from pose to pose and often play music to keep things lively. The intensity of the practice is similar to Ashtanga, but no two vinyasa classes are the same. If you are tired of routines and want to test your physical limits, vinyasa may be just your ticket.

  • Heated Power Yoga- Yoga where classes are held in artificially heated rooms. In a Power Yoga class, you will sweat like you've never sweated before as you work your way through a series of challenging poses at 110 degree heat.

  • Heated Basic Barre- Our introduction to barre class. We highly recommend new students to take this class before attending other barre classes. We encourage you to become familiar with the method, the terminology and the positioning. A better understanding of this method provides a more effective workout while preventing injuries. This is also a great class to take for our experienced clients who want to brush up on their "form" and for those who seek a slower paced class. The express class is 30 mins and is regulated at 90 degrees.

  • Heated Ballet Booty Sculpt-Incorporate ballet techniques to strengthen, sculpt and create flexibility! We will incorporate floor and barre exercises to work muscles in your lower back, core, hips and legs. Ballet will help you discover the muscles you never knew you had!

  • Heated Power Barre- Bella's version of boot camp. This class offers high intensity body sculpting exercises with more weights and resistance bands for the ultimate muscle challenge. Be prepared to feel the burn in every part of your body! Due to the pace and intensity of this class, it is not suitable for our pregnant clients. Class is 1 hour and is heated up to 110 degrees.

I join Bella in January 2011.
I love it !!!
Great group classes..
My trainer Stephen is AWESOME !!!! I am very close to reach my goal !!!
But what I like the most is that everyone is very friendly and is so easy to make new friends !!!!

Anastasia is the best! I also love Celeste's Zumba class! Boutique gym without all the things you really aren't going to use but would be paying for at other places.
