*Power LunchWant a healthier lunch?  Take a break for half an hour to strengthen and tone specific muscle groups with one of our personal trainers.  You will be guided through a challenging and energizing resistance workout using your own body weight and provided equipment.  Take this power and success into the remainder of your day!  Your body and mind will thank you for it.

*Cross-training - Want to learn about a certain type of exercise, like plyometrics , core training, agility,  explosive exercises, and basic streching?  Want to learn how to use different equipment, like a stability ball or resistance band?  Want to learn how to increase flexibility?  Join one of our fitness coaches as they instruct and cross-train your body.  You will leave with a new repertoire of exercises after receiving a rigorous workout! 

*Butts and Guts- Looking to fight those typical trouble zones around the mid-section and hips?  This class will have you “feeling the burn” in all the right spots- abdominals, obliques, lower back, hips, and glutes.  Your instructor will guide you through many exercises utilizing body weight and a variety of provided resistance equipment while monitoring your form and keeping you safe.  Get ready for those skinny jeans!

*Powersculpt- Want to tone every inch of your body and create a leaner, stronger you?  Come move easy-to-use, provided strength-training equipment and your own body weight to the energetic beat of the music as you burn mega-calories!  Your instructor will lead you through this varying, total body workout while providing necessary modifications and challenges to tailor the workout for you as an individual.

*Zumba -is a Latin dance exercise format that is more about fun than working out. Take Salsa, Cumbia, Samba, Merengue, add hints of Flamenco, Calypso, Hip-Hop and Belly Dancing, put in a workout routine with loads of funky American twists that will make you smile. This is why we say "Ditch the workout and join the party!"

*Zumba Toning -This class blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Bring water and 1- 3lb weights.

*Yoga Pilates w/props - A fresh spin on Yogilates matwork, using props such as straps, bands, balls, rollers, weights to name a few. Each class will be different, introducing new props and choreography for a fun, exciting, and effective workout. A class dedicated to increasing strength through your core muscles in your abdominal wall and back.

* Power Yoga Flow -Learn and perfect poses to build flexibility, strength, balance, breath awareness and focus. Strengthen the mind/body connection by linking breath with a series of dynamic postures that will improve your flexibility and strength. This style incorporates flowing movements, salutations, strengthening poses, balancing poses, deep stretching poses and a final relaxation.  

*Yoga Stretch - A total body workout including all your favorite poses and more, bringing awareness to your breathing, increasing flexibility,  relieving stress and improving mental and physical balance. "New Class"
