Indoor Cycle - Great for all levels of skill and fitness, this 50 min. class gives you a classic cardiovascular workout set to great music followed by a 10 min. stretch and cool down. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, body positions, alignment and cardiovascular conditioning. Instructor will introduce you to rides that include intervals, endurance, strength and recovery.

Indoor Cycle & Walk/Run- The instructor will cue you to change the speed and resistance of your bike while giving you mental images of hills and flat sprints to enhance your workout for 40 min.This exhilarating class format will focus on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity sprints and recovery. Then we will go for a 20 min. walk/run around Stone Oak alternating fast walking with slow jogs including a cool down and stretch.

All levels are welcome, remember to bring a towel and water bottle � they are required for indoor cycling classes! Remember that you can control the intensity of your workout by increasing or decreasing resistance on the bike and the instructor will provide other alterations as needed!
