Did you know that variety everyday you workout will create change in your body?
Here are a couple of helpful tips that will help build lean muscle and burn more fat.
1. Add variety to your workout routine. Just because the gym has select machines doesn’t mean you can’t have a different workout every day.
2. Add variety by using select machines with one leg or one arm and use a bit less weight.
3. Always stretch before and after any workout. Again variety is important make sure you understand all types of stretching or you may cause an injury. Sometimes injuries develop over time so take care to warm up and cool down and stretch accordingly.
4. Always fully exert yourself in every muscle building exercise. (Example you may be able to do 20 reps of 40 lbs on a chest press machine or 15 at 50 lbs.) Always make sure you push until you can’t complete a full rep without compensating. (safety first use a spotter)
5. The goal of weight training is to build lean muscle and burn more fat. You will not get bulky! This would take very specific nutrition, workouts, and consistency of a specific weight gain program for several months without much error. Don’t worry about this eat healthy, workout properly, and you will see great results.
