Dear Kimberly,
I just wanted to say again how much I appreciate all you did for me in reaching my goals. In just
24 sessions I lost 8 and 3/4 inches. AWESOME!!! When you and I started I told you my strengths and weaknesses. My strengths are cardio (rrunning 4 miles 6 x a week) and my diet however my weakness was weight training. My concern was my abdomen ( my muffin top)
and with all your training I lost 3 and 1/2 inches on my waist. I can't be more pleased.
The one thing you really stressed was it takes all three elements - 1) Cardio 2) weight training
and 3) good diet eating enough of the right foods to speed up my metabolism.
I will soon be 58 years old and I want to be fit and healthy and you Kimberly showed me how to
get and stay this way.
Again I just want you to know how I appreciate your sweet spirit and and enthusiasm. I called you
"The Enforcer" and that is with much respect. When I felt I could not do one more rep you my
dear would not let me quit and look at my results. Thank you so very much. I will stay in touch and
let you know how things are going.
Your fit friend,
Sharon Cooper

Fitness tip #2

Did you know that the right Protein Shake 2-3 times a day saves money and helps you see optimal results?
Here are a couple of helpful tips that make protein shakes ideal.
1. Shakes average about 100 calories per serving. A healthy shake will not contain over 5 grams of sugar and about double that in carbs. (These are ideal for healthy eating and weight/ fat loss)
2. Add fruit to shakes or eat on side in correct portions to satisfy hunger for up to 4 hours.
3. Include healthy supplements in your weekly food budget and reduce your overall cost. Average cost of shake servings are about $1 per meal you can’t beat that and see the most optimal results.
4. Buy a shake for nutritional value first and taste second. Shakes that cost the least usually follow the same rule in quality of taste.
5. Bars are healthy for the most part but usually include excess sugar alcohol which is pretty much extra calories. Most quality shakes lack this but include several other lean muscle building nutrients which in turn help burn fat faster.

Weight and Fat loss Fitness Tips

Did you know that 70% of the results you see are based on your food intake?
Here are a couple of helpful tips but first decide what your goal is. The food you can eat will vary greatly based on your goals. Make sure you understand the difference between eating healthy and eating to lose body fat and weight.
1. Understand your Protein, Carb, and Fat intake (you need to know how many grams are in servings and how many you should be eating per meal and per day)
2. Make sure you eat 4-6 small meals a day EVERDAY even on weekends! ( a small meal is not an apple or nuts alone)
3. Make sure you eat within an hour of waking up and eat every 3-4 hours all day every day until you go to sleep.
4. Eating at night or before you go to sleep doesn’t matter. It’s what you eat that matters.
5. Make sure you understand how to read nutrition facts on everything you eat.
If you have any further questions on these items or feel you need some assistance. Please feel free to ask one of our certified personal trainers for help. We also have a great online nutrition program available with your membership as well. Ask management for details.
