Mat Pilates

This class is the ultimate in mind-body exercise for anyone looking to strengthen and tone their muscles while learning core basics. It follows basic Pilates matwork principles of concentration, control, center, fluidity, precision, breath, imagination, intuition and integration. These exercises will help improve posture, flexibility, balance while enhancing body awareness and help reduce stress.
