Below is some recent surveys from our current clients. At Bella we strive for giving our clients the best results possible. If you fill out a survey online or in the club we may post it here from time to time. The reason is simple really, accountability.
Good or bad we want to know how we are doing and what we can do better. We want our members to achieve the best results available at any fitness facility. Please take the time to help us maximize our club offerings and improve in every area. It is the unwavering belief at Bella that customer service and your results are the only things that matter to us.

| How is your current personal training program here at Bella going?: | It is slow, but with my work schedule, that is to be expected. I am seeing progress, albeit slowly. |
| What are your concerns about your current personal training or the future of your training? Ex: health issues, limitations, motivation, money, trainer, or other: | Time - I always seem to have something coming up, or I have to work late. Thankfully, Kim is almost always able to reschedule me. |
| Do you believe a personal training program benefits you? Why or Why not?: | Absolutely. Kim has shown me the proper way to do certain excercises - something I would not have been able to figure out myself. She also shown me moves for maximum benefit! |
| Why do you participate in training? What is your deepest reason for training? Please elaborate?: | I want to lose weight and I needed a trainer to show me how to do it. There is no way I could do this alone - Kim is not only a trainer, she is a teacher and an excellent motivator! |

| Do you think Bella provides great education on all our classes and equipment? Why or Why not?: | I feel if you ask for help or advice the instructors do a great job of helping each individual at the level they are on and hope to achieve |
| What do you enjoy most about your membership here at Bella?: | meeting new people all trying to acheive the same goal, and the enthusiasm and motivation of the instructors |
| Do you think Bella provides all the necessities as a woman's fitness center? If so great! If not what can we add to help you achieve your goals?: | more early morning or afternoon group excercises |
| Would you like to see more focus on personal training? Group training? Boot Camps? Nutrition Programs? Group Exercise Classes ex: Yoga and Zumba? Anything else?: | would like to see more group exercise classes suc as circuit training and abs offered mornings for those of us who have children involved in afterschool activities i.e. sports, band, etc and canot make the twice a week evening classes currently offered. |

Please be detailed.: | Well i was training with a trainer who had to abruptly leave this facility an i was immediatly contacted by a new trainer who reassured me that it would not be a problem for her to cover my sessions even after my frustrations about not have the same trainer her professionallism an knowledge of fitnees impressed me a motivated me to start trainindg with her an i can tell you that if it was not for the customer service she provided me during our phone consultation about my goals i would have hit another weight loss road block but thanks to Deon my new trainer i've been reinspired to reach limited i didn't know i had . |

4 iI have been training at this gym since may with the assistance of a personal trainer an it's great but when i use the facility to go at it alone i alway seem to notice no sit-up bench which i found to be strange an not even one sit up bar to hold my feet

on a scale of 1-10 i rate a 20 because every since i have started training with Deon my muscle endurance an nutritional knowledge has help me to better understand the dynamics of weight loss

outstanding my personal trainer doesn't keep all her client on the same mondane routine how do i know cause i watched her train a client before me an after me on several occassions an i love that she gears my work-out toward my own individual goals an she really holds me to my commitment through-out my entire workout..Thank you Deon

yes because my 36 hour long sessions are nearing an end finances are an issue to continue with my trainer but i also feel confident with the knowledge she always gives me during our sessions
