*Zumba 1 - is a Latin dance exercise format that is more about fun than working out. Take salsa, cumbia, samba, tango, merengue, add hints of flamenco, calypso, hip-hop and belly dancing, put in a workout routine with loads of funky American twists that will make you smile. This is why we say “Ditch the workout and join the party!

*Zumba 2- This class blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Bring water and 1- 4lb weights.

*Yogilates - An introduction to several styles and traditions. Get acquainted and become competent at the Sun Salutation, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Flow, Pilates basics, and more! This class will give you the vocabulary and skills to move forward with your Yoga practice in a competent and educated manner. Excellent for beginners - or intermediate students wanting to fine tune their Yoga skills.

*Circuit Training- Bella’s Power workout resistance based training outside or inside the Aerobics Room. Join your friends in a mid paced circuit with few breaks to get your weight training in with a highly certified trainer 2x a week (limit 10 people).

* Yoga Flow - Based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, moves similar to lunges (Warrior Poses) and pushups (Plank Pose) done in rhythmic sequence synchronized with breath improve strength-to-weight ratio, develop cardiovascular endurance and strength and speed fat loss.

* Beach Body Abs - THIS 20 MINUTE AB CLASS WILL SHAPE THOSE LOWER ABS, TONE THAT MID-SECTION, AND REMOVE THOSE LOVE HANDLES. Try it today ladies and see the change you’ve been wanting in those ABS!

* Mat Pilates - This class is the ultimate in mind-body exercise for anyone looking to strengthen and tone their muscles while learning core basics. It follows basic Pilates mat work principles of concentration, control, center, fluidity, precision, breath, imagination, intuition and integration. These exercises will help improve posture, flexibility, balance while enhancing body awareness and help reduce stress.
