Attending fitness center classes makes it easy to set a definite time to get to the gym, and if you find a class that you enjoy, it can become addictive – and fun!
Bella Women’s Fitness classes are taught by licensed professionals. Our instructors will help you feel comfortable and confident while participating in fun fitness. Class levels range from beginners to advanced students.
We currently offer Yoga, Piloxing, Barre, Piyo, Circuit Training and many more.
