Group fitness classes can give you a support network where you’ll gain confidence, get motivation (and motivate others), find support, and make new friends. Attending fitness center classes makes it easy to set a definite time to get to the gym, and if you find a class that you enjoy, it can become addictive – and fun!

Bella Women’s Fitness classes are taught by licensed professionals. Our instructors will help you feel comfortable and confident while participating in fun fitness. Class levels range from beginners to advanced students.

We currently offer Yoga, Piloxing, Barre, Piyo, Circuit Training and many more.

We invite you to join our Hot Yoga and Hot Barre Classes in our new state of the art heated studio.  You won’t find a more diverse and challenging group fitness program for women in San Antonio!
