1. Heated Classes:

We are one of the few studio’s in the San Antonio area to offer heated classes at a women’s only gym. From Yoga to Barre we’ve got you covered when you need to sweat it out.


2. Piloxing:

A non-stop, interval fusion of Pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits. Designed to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina.


3. Circuit training:

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. The time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. Incorporating TABATA cardio intervals to get your heart rate up and down during rest time, and weights to build strength. This class is for all fitness levels.


4. Barre:

We offer several styles of Barre! Barre Basics, Yoga Barre and Power Barre. Try out one of these exciting classes that focuses on small isolated movements moving into large range movement to build stamina, strength and cardio.
