Join us November 16th from 10AM-1PM for Bella Blinks! This is your chance to try out some classes you may not have come to yet. Classes will rotate every 15 minutes…you will have an opportunity to try the classes that are going on. During the rotation there will be some of our amazing trainers in the weight room to show you proper technique, answer questions & concerns you may have. This is also a time to bring a friend for all the fun! We will have vendors for you to do some holiday shopping as well! Break away and join us as we say thank you to our members as well as welcome new beauties to the fold!
We want to be a part of what you are grateful for this season! Share with the studio on the posted poster boards or write out a thank you card to a fellow workout partner, trainer, instructor, or Bella staff. We’ve provided thank you cards & markers for you located at the front desk to fill out as many cards as you want. Let’s shower each other with gratitude and love this season!

1. Heated Classes:
We are one of the few studio’s in the San Antonio area to offer heated classes at a women’s only gym. From Yoga to Barre we’ve got you covered when you need to sweat it out.
A non-stop, interval fusion of Pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits. Designed to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina.
3. Circuit training:
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. The time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. Incorporating TABATA cardio intervals to get your heart rate up and down during rest time, and weights to build strength. This class is for all fitness levels.
We offer several styles of Barre! Barre Basics, Yoga Barre and Power Barre. Try out one of these exciting classes that focuses on small isolated movements moving into large range movement to build stamina, strength and cardio.
