Bella Signature Training:

Bella has an elite team of nationally accredited personal trainers to help you meet your specific female orientated fitness goals.

Our team will customize a personal training plan that offers high energy interval training plus nutritional consultation resulting in quick and measurable results for our members.

Personal training is for you if you are:

A beginner, intimidated by weight equipment and unsure of correct exercise technique

Hot Yoga & Hot Barre

Be sure to check out our new Heated Yoga Group Classes. We are the only fitness center in the Stone Oak area to offer heated yoga. Bella offers this class in both a beginner and advance format in our brand new yoga studio. If you prefer a more personal approach, we offer one on one coaching as well.

This class is designed for women that want to slim down but only have limited time. We will help you get those long, lean, sexy muscles you just can’t get in a normal gym setting. Heated Barre is available at our women only gym in San Antonio, located just off the Hwy 1604 at Bitters Rd.

BellaBabes is available to both current members and the general public. The goal of this program is to maximize total body results in a fun, creative and encouraging small group setting.

You’ll receive incentives for milestones achieved over the 8 week program. Your Fitness Coach will guide you through out this transformation process; a balanced approach to total body fitness and a transformation of spirit.

Cross Training

Want to learn about a certain type of exercise, like plyometrics, core training, agility, explosive exercises, and basic stretching?

Curious as how to use different equipment, like a stability ball or a resistance band?

Want to learn how to increase flexibility?

Join one of our fitness coaches as they instruct and cross-train your body. You will leave with a new repertoire of exercises after receiving a rigorous workout!
